Unfair behaviou

I have lost the money of my Marks & Spencer vouchers becouse they did not honour the £24 given to me for my 65th birthday I overun the 12 months to use it them, but I think they should have given me more time to do so, as I often travel overseas for months & I forgot to use them. I bought some last month as a wedding present for friends & the time limir on them is 4 years, so I asked why now is 4 years & when I lost the value it was only 12 months? I sent e-mails but have not recived an answe
