I was also doing an online survey (like Ms. Kass did), with the chance to win a Walmart IPad2. I did give my cell number because how else would they contact me if I won. Immediately, I received a text saying that I had been charged $9.99/wk. I immediately (less than 5 minutes later) called Mobshack and spoke with a customer service guy to have him cancel my subscription. He apparently told me that he has cancelled my subscription. I ask what subscription??? What and who are Mobshack anyway? I was shocked. I then emailed their support@mbill.net to make sure that my so-called subscription has been cancelled. They replied that they have to charge me the initial cost since I accepted their agreement. What agreement? What the heck are they charging $9.99 a week! For what? I have contacted my cell company to make sure this charge will not be a weekly repeat. I will make sure that I will broadcast this scam to all the people I know, and I know lots of people because I am a senior citizen!
