Just read all 36 complaints about this website so this makes 37. I am experiencing the same exact scam as everyone else. Placed an order, paid by PayPal and the order status is "pending". Sent an email to customer service and no response back. Also tried to call the phone number and it is invalid. Filed a claim with Paypal hoping that they will reimburse my account.
