This was done to my 85 year old cousin via a phone call. She thinks she was told this was supplemental health coverage for medicare. Her name is Dorothy Kirkwood. I have called to cancel and request the money be returned.in the meantime, we have frozen her bank accounts. This wiped out all of her money.
