I just left my bank and filed an affidavit against this whatever it is. I never gave permission to go in my account for any reason. They took 99.49 out and caused my account to become overdrawn. I have returned checks as well as OD fees. They will credit my account but it makes me look bad to others who will have a returned check. These jerks need to be stopped. When you add the amounts together from this complaint and Liberty Phone Loans it is ridiculous. What needs to be done to stop them. I have proof of what has happened as well as email to the man that was so mean and threatening not to use any information he has on me for any reason whatsoever. Cookie w.
