They sent me an "Express Notice" in a big brown envolope, telling me to claim my prize winnings of $2,536, 092.23, and as soon as they had my processing fee a "Bounded Federal Carrier" would deliver it to my door! They needed me to initial, date, and sign the bottom and that it must be postmarked by midnight, 4/5 and that the deadline was strictly enforced...
They should not be allowed to do this kind of thing, it is not right and they should be STOPPED now...
