Ordered trial size in January and was charged un-beknown to me £154.94 on 6th Feb. From my credit card, they then charged my credit card a further £154.94 on the 28th February for products that I never received. Complained bitterly to the company who said they were working within the law, however morally they are the pits. Flagged up with fraud section of Santander Cards and would hope to recover some funds.
