I filled out paper for a loan as was having some work done at home and had no extra money but when I saw what they would charge to get loan, I cancelled the paper and that was that. Then I get a check on my account for $30 charge and says #9999, and I did not authorize it. Please. I need my money as am a senior citizen and do not have a lot of extra. If you could help me, THANKS M YOUNG
