Kept sending me messages saying I won $2500 and told me to believe them but they lied. Rip-off!

They sent several mails to my box saying I had won $2500 and reassured me that they were genuine but i have tried registering and they keep evading the issue of giving me the money. They should not have bothered me in the first place if they were not for real.
