YMS Scam, Rude, Liars

I got several calls from this companys number, finnaly i decided to answer it and they told me that i would recive a $100 gift card for a survey i had participated in, the sales rep Sam told me that i would have to pay a payment of $5.11 for shipping. I agreed to pay ONLY 5.11. During the call Sam told me that i needed to verify my purchase for $5.11. He said there would be a fee of 35.11 each month IF I WANTED TO CONTINUE USING THIS COMPANY. I told him that i did not want to do that but only pay the one time of $5.11. He agreed and proceded with my confirmation. Later that day i checked my bank balance and there was a charge of 35.11 from YMS! The next day i called to talk to a customer service rep and the man told me that i authorized the charge of 35 dollars which i did not i only authorized 5 dollar charge. He began to get rude with me! I asked him several times when i was gonna get my 100 dollar gift card and he said it was on its way and should arrive in about a day or so! I told him i wanted to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT from charging another 35 dollars and he agreed! Then before we hung up i confirmed again that my gift card was on its way. TWO days later i recieved a letter in the mail confirming my cancelation, but NO GIFT CARD! I called immediatley and spoke to TONY the "manager" and told him my problem and he said that there was no way to refund my money and i would not recive my gift card! I WAS PISSED AND DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT COULD HELP ME he began to tell me to have respect for him and his company and i became livid and hung up! Dont ever trust this lying company!
