I went to renew my drivers lic on-line and I thought that I was using the DMV web site. I realized that it was NOT a DMV web site after I entered my credit card # and gave them NONE of my drivers lic info. I later recieved charges totaling $67.15. You have to go your bank and cancel your credit card and have them issue you a new one. Your bank will report the FRAUD, and you will NOT have to pay them, "Formsusa pasig city" SUCKS! I hope they get thrown in jail!
