My grandaughter ordered furniture on line from Ikea (2 chests and 1 captains bed) we recieved the order only to find the bed is damaged. She ordered on line and when I called and went to store I was told I can only return on line. We followed the instructions and sent damaged photos to 3 seperate agents
1/ Lamar Caldwell on 3/20, Christie Gonzalea on 2/23, Linda Bonner on 3/25 I also followed up on 3/24,3/25/., 3/27 and 3/30 to no avil everytime I call I get the run a round... We are going to Florida for Easter on 4/5 What can you do to help me. I am 66year of age and am a computer idiot. (Personal Information Removed)
