I saw an ad in the local newspaper regarding a 2003 Toyota RAV4 for sale. E-mail (jameswilliams@msn.com) He replied that he was selling through Google-Check-out due to his job. It kept him on the road, and the low price of $3900. Was due to the fact he was in need of money. He chose Google Checkout to hand it for him taking care of the complete transaction (shipping, payment, inspection and paper exchange). I wired the $3900. Which cost me 134.00. Then received a notice that the Toyota RAV4, was at the Google Check-out inspection location in Charlotte, NC and the value was $7,000. I was instructed to wire $1550.00 and the seller was to do the same for insurance. I was assured the money was totally refundable when I received the car. I wired the money plus the cost of wiring. Then was notified that the seller died after an accident. His widow did not have the money so I agreed to wire the remainder. Thank goodness the Western Union, botched the name, the WM-Center, told me that Liberty Reserve did not use Google Check-out. I have lost the money that I was going to purchase my granddaughter a car.
