Just recently I took my car in for a oil change and I came out paying more then just for the oil change. They claimed that I need my brakes done, and much more. They went ahead and did the work without me knowing that they were doing these extra repairs. These extra repairs could have waited until a different time to have them done. This is not the first time that i was taken advantage of. This has occured on numerous occaisions.
