I did the layaway plan and well i decided i didnot want the lap top that i had ordered and i wrote a letter telling them that and i wanted a refund b/c i could never get through on the phone well i stopped making payments and they stopped sending me statement and i never received my $125. Oo refund what a joke and i am going to fight this
