I ordered a "free sample" of a jar of kunulift and the ad said I only had to pay shipping and if I did not like the product I could cancel it after using it for 14 days. I used it and did not see a difference so I called and canceled like instructed.By the time I received the product and I was able to start to use it for 14 days the date I was to call was over. I called anyways and canceled. There was no problem in canceling it but it showed up on my credit card. I thought it would come off for the next billing period so I did not pay it then I got a late charge from my credit card. When I called the company today they said that I have to pay the $84.78 for the jar I was using. What a rip off. I can't believe they can do this to people. Everything was very vague and very hard to understand, now I'm out $84.78. I'm very upset about this and will not ever order anything off the internet like this again.
