I purchased a Pair of Boots online assuming I was safe to use my PayPal Account. I received an order confirmation by email but when I went to follow up on my order a week later, I realized the phone number listed was not valid. I sent multiple email to customer service but did not receive a reply. I disputed the charge with PayPal and I am still waiting for my Money! How does a Website like this not get shut down!
