They send you a letter in mail and want you to contact them to set up an appointment with local travel agency office. The promise is you will get two airline tickets to any location in the U.S. That you want. They want you to come in and bring your spouse and have two forms of ID with one being credit card. Do not confuse US Airlines with US Airways. After interrogating I noticed that they were full of crap and I saw them as a waste of time.
