We were informed by Jaynee Middlemiss the realtor in the Laconia, NH office that she would help us with this buy 100 per cent. It turned out that she scamed on the buy since the home needed serious repairs, such as a new boiler and replacement of a support beam to hold up the ceiling from the attic to the bacement.
