Fabulous concept and they seem to have thought of everything. If only they had a clue. My POD was delivered without the extras I ordered (blankets, locks, etc.) and they overcharged me in every category. Once I started talking to friends, I found this is very common for them.instead of a simple phone call it took 3 days of over 45 minutes a day to get it resolved. I kept getting transferred around but nobody has the authority to really do anything. When I asked about getting the extras I had ordered I was told I cold drive to the facility (an hour away) or go to a home improvement/moving store in my area. Wow, thanks.
