Internet scam/never recieved goods

On Feb 10 I ordered a front bumper and brackets and a rear turn signal lens for my truck from Autobodyfit.com. I got a call from them before they could ship my order they wanted me to know that I would have to pick my parts up from the nearest Greyhound bus station. I said no problem. I believe now that this is part of their scam so you don't dispute the charges on your card. So after 2 weeks and no phone call from Greyhound I called Autobodyfit. They told me the parts were at the bus station. I went to the bus station and of course there are no packages there for me. This went on for three more weeks. Fast foward to today March 28. I called autbodyfit and told them that I cannot get ahold of anyone at Greyhound and needed my money back or have the parts shipped via FedEx Freight. I was told that they can't give a refund and cannot ship it FedEx because that would cost about $150.00. I told them I have over $2000.00 into this already between trips to Greyhound, cell phone charges from all my calls and being put on hold for 15-20 minutes evertime I call, lost wages and rental truck fees. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told he was not in and Tony (the rep I was talking too) told me he did not know his schedule. I asked for his name. Peter he said, I asked for his last name. He said he did not know it. What a load of crap. So after 15 phone calls to Autobodyfit. 30 phone calls to Greyhound I still have no parts. Nobody even trying to help. I call everyday now and go through the same conversation. I am told we will submit this to our supervisor for a refund and that's all we can do. As of this writing Peter (the supervisor) has not called nor has anybody else from Autobodyfit for that matter. I am at my wits end and don't know what to do. I have read many other compaints on the internet about this company that read almost exactly just like mine.
