I bought a toshiba satellite l655. The first week windows crashed, 2nd month tech. Support reset it to factory settings. Since then i have had to send it into be worked on 3 times each time replacing defective parts. The 4th time a man named richard called and apologized and offered my a new upgrade to a satellite l755, i agreed. When the unit arrived i was surprised to fine a half rebuilt l655. The unit does not load web pages and it wont let me register the laptop in my name. I get an error saying to contact toshiba tech. Support the computer is already registered. When i called to complain toshiba then informed me they would not replace unit again that i agreed to this unit. I remember very clearly richard pointer out the silver color of the new replacement and asked me if i cared because my computer was white. I have contacted toshiba every day for 4 days and richard has always just left never returning my calls. My warranty is up in may of i fear they will ignore me till then. I googled toshibas recalls and i found my modal
