Misleading! And negligent!

This company claims to be "The Tampa Bay Leader" in bookkeeping and accounting. NOt sure how that can be if they only have a few clients. They claim that they have multiple offices and expertise. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! The one person company is negligent in the duties it claims to offer clients. Many clients have already gone elsewhere after poor service and the worst feeling ever is when you sign up for the service in which thye pay your bill online for your business and then he doesn't pay them and you incur a late fee! To his credit, he has in the past repaid the late fee but I wouldn't want MY credit and MY business at risk when there are TONS of CREDIBLE Accounting firms. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST! It is a shame this guy calls himself an Accountant. He has no formal education. He is just your below standard bookkeeper. Proceed with caution!!!
