I have been trying to cancel this "subscription" since December without success. I called my bank to see if they had any further information about the details of the monthly charge and asked if they could provide me the phone number so I could call them. Unfortunately, they could not provide any further information and said the only way to cancel it would be to register a complaint against the company. I looked through all my receipts — which I diligently maintain in my Outlook files — and could not find anything for Synaptics Marketing. During August I was purchasing a couple of online marketing systems — though I do not recall the name — but always printed a copy of any receipt. The other strange occurrence is I always used PayPal or ClickBank for my payments but it seems somehow they got my card number. The monthly charge on my checking account is listed as follows:

The payment dates are always between the 17th and 13th of each month. Usually, the details would include a phone number and the numbers in the register details are bogus and there is no information according to the directory assistance in Australia. I guess it means I need to file a report with my bank now to try and get at least some of the money recovered and stop any further payments.
