I placed an order for some soccer items. Were given two diferent order numbers. I went to their website couldn't find. Later I found one of the order number saying it had been delivered. It is supposed to take them 2 days to ship after they receive payment. This the day after I placed the order. I text the so called company and I haven't received a text back from them. Since I paid with my credit card to cs@e-comfocus.com I contacted them regarding cancelling the order and I was told by them that I have to wait for 48hrs. So they can contact the merchant. Basically I was told they can't return my money.
