A very young person called to tell me he was putting through a cancelation for our Yellow Pages Public listings. I asked what company they were calling for and I could not understand what they were saying since it was in broken English. Then I was passed on to a supervisor to finish up the cancelation and get my reference number. They were going to mail all the paper work to me with a bill for $599.99. I asked what was that for and they said 2011 charges. They both tried to get more information from me. Not believeing all this in the first place I wanted more questions answered before we we went any further. I then was sent back to the first person (I really believe this was a child I was talking to).
I refused everything and told them not to contact me again and hung up. They did not get any money for us but I do believe they might bill me for $599.99.
