I started to fill out an on-line order for these books. After entering my name, address and credit card information the web-site kept taking me to more and more stuff to add that I had to keep saying NO too. I decided not to follow through to the submit order page and cleared all cookies then clicked out of everything. Remember I NEVER got to the submit page nor did I receive a confirmation page. The $37.98 charge showed up on my account 7-days later. I called my bank and got the number attached to the charge which was 1-800-777-4034. The Who Knew Customer Service Center said they could not stop the shipment at that point but gave me a return number# to attach to the package when I return it and they said my money will be refunded in 7-10 business days once they receive the package returned. It's better than nothing. Thought I would share.
