I have booked a air ticket from Fly Sweden Agency from Denver to Muscat, they asked me to pay by bank transfer as they don't charge from cards and I did so. The next they issued me ticked almost looked like a real one. Because i bought this ticket for my son to travel alone, so I called the swiss air line office to confirm the ticket and they told me there is no such passenger, and the ticket number also is not available. The ticket was issued by Dansk Travel Agency. I went to check the website and found I was not only one, there are many complains.

How to get my money back? And how to catch those people? Any suggestion will be appreciated.
