I signed up with just fab after I saw a commercial on tv stating that their website has great prices as long as you sign up for FREE! As a member you will receive a special price of $39.95 on every item. You will also receive
Monthly emails letting you know what shoes and products are available for purchase (that is, if you want to purchase them) you also get a fashion consultant who emails you monthly like a personal shopper and lets you know what stuff they have that month that you would like based on your preferences. I MADE SURE I READ THR SITE THOUROUGHLY UPON PURCHASING MY FIRST ITEM TO MAKE SURE THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY WAS CHANGED ONLY WHEN YOU PURCHASE PRODUCTS! I ordered two pairs of pants (one in October) the first pair was 20% off for your first order and then I bought a second pair in November. I haven't never purchased anything from them ans never even received monthly emails so in essence I sort of forgot about them. On my credit card statement I saw a charge in January and February for just fab. I actually wasn't sure at first if it was a charge but I called my credit card company and found out I have been charged a monthly fee for being a member. I didn't know there was a monthly fee to begin with and I also did NOT know that my credit card information was stored in their system and billed monthly!!! I have never saved credit card information online even for the most reputable companies that i order from all the time foe this exact reason and im nor an idiot so i could not believe the audacity this company has in not sending me one email to twll me they charged my card!!! If I knew this I would have cancelled my membership immediately because frankly their stuff is cheap-looking. So I called them to see if they can credir my account. After some convoluted explanation and the girl putting me on hold she was able to credit me back 3 of my 6 credits which totalled $231.95! I still have to use three credits and get something from them even though I don't wana anything from their tacky company but not I have no choice because I can't get my money back! Also I asked the girl if she could send me an email to let me know my account has been credited and she said she is 'not allowed to send emails'! I said 'you're a web-based company that supposedly sends emails monthly to your customers but you cant send me an email of proof that I was credited?' she said
I can look up my account info on the website. I'm going to follow through with my credit card company to make sure I get at least half of that money back but to be honest I felled scammed because I DIDNT know their policy upfront upon sign up and they never sent me info letting me know my account was credited. I feel I should be credited the full amount I am out because their company was negligent in giving the proper contract information up front. Please help me!!! I see similar inquiries from other girls who were scammed and i am angry and disgusted!!!
