I'm a father of a seven-year-old boy was tragically killed because he was a victim of child endangerment. My son's death was also the subject of a coverup by members of the Lake County California Highway Patrol. For 3 1/2 years I've been seeking justice regarding my sons tragic and needless death.

To live without justice when the death of an innocent child is involved is something no American should have to live with. Believe it or not my innocent son was blamed for causing his own death. When his death was caused by two criminal acts. I recently started a web site to expose the injustice surrounding my sons death. The web site tells most of the story.

Imagine what it would be like, if you're innocent seven-year-old child was blamed for causing his own death, when his death was caused by two criminal felony acts? I cannot tell you what it is like to be on the receiving end of injustice. On February 4, a cruel injustice was dealt to me and my precious seven-year-old son Tyler James. My son Tyler's death was CAUSED by a criminal act of child endangerment, carried out by a deceitful coldhearted individual.

Bearing the loss of my son is the most difficult thing I've ever dealt with in my life. The sense of injustice that I live with every day is something no American should have to live with. The purpose of this web site is to expose this miscarriage of justice. Why would any law enforcement agency determine it appropriate to blame a seven-year-old boy for causing his own death, when clearly, he was a victim of criminal neglect and child endangerment?
