I sent for free trial of serum for £5.99 inc pp. As a one off purchase. I have since been billed for £74.95 x 2 which was unauthorised. I contacted them and their response was I should have read the "terms & conditions" of the sale. No T & C were included in my initial package. This complaint has been sent to my Bank Fraud Department, my local police fraud dept and in the process of sending a complaint to the MET fraud department at www.actionfraud.org. Uk. The more people know of this we stand a better chance of these scammers the better. As a "kind gesture" from this company they have agreed a sum of app £37.00 which I find unacceptable
