Ripoff

I had a close call with Everest consumer service (ecs). As several other users have stated, I also was contacted by ECS with the offer of a VISA with a $2400 Limit, I reluctantly gave up my bank info. The next day before they had a chance to snag the money, I stopped payment on the check.

Heres where it gets interesting... During my conversation with the ECS rep. The conversation struck a personal tone, including myself and the rep. Exchanging our physical descriptions, likes/dislikes, interests, phone numbers, and email addresses. Her and myself ended up talking later that night after she got off work. That is when she informed me of their scam, including all the details of how they are taught to play the words in the pitch to be honest enough to somewhat keep out of trouble, but lie enough to mislead the client.

She no longer works for ECS, and was regretful for all of the innocent people she was involved in ripping off. I have the address and all the particulars of ECS if anyone is interested in persuing getting your money back. I will tell you... It is not in atlanta!!
