I ordered a "free" sample of both the purasilk and Regenative serum for an ad on the internet, only to find none of which is actually free! Over the space of 6 weeks purasilk had taken £144.00 from my account!!! I rang the usa, spoke to a girl who informed me it was my fault for ticking the terms and conditions box when i ordrered, this i was not aware off, as i was only paying £6.00 p&p. I began to get cross with this idiot and demanded my money to be put back in my account, as i hadn't given my permission and purasilk was breaking the law with both fraud and theft, she offered me 25% back, i asked her where and who's pocket was the other 75% going??? I declined insisting a 100% is what i wanted, she said no, and that she was going to hang up on me as "I" was being offensive! I told her this was not the last she will be hearing from me, my bank will be contacting her RE: theft, she hung up!!!
