I purchased teeth whitening from Bitensure through a link on facebook! For 6.95. I received the product only to find they had taken another £99.95 off my credit card 10 February. It cost me £5.95 to send back the product. I rang and have spoken to someone twice who claim they are going to refund me... But haven't! I wrote a letter to the company with the return product as I felt it was miss-selling to say the product costs 6.95, it only costs you this if you send it back apparently!
It has cost me a total of £112.35 for a product I no longer have (or had the time to find out if it worked!). I am amazed that these people haven't been stopped yet!
