I am submitting this report to let you know about the way the Riviera Beach DuraClean Franchise conducted their business with me during 2009 and 2010. I understand it has been awhile but the conduct of the employees, account representives and owner proprietor of the Riviera Beach Franchise. I have lodged my complaint with Citizens Home Owners Insurance who referred me to Duraclean and was advised they were going to halt dealing with this franchises. I have registered a complaint Better Business Bureau of Palm Beach. I have contacted the Florida State Insurance Regulator and the Department of Financial Responsibility reporting the same information. I have also authored a document about the pitfalls of of managing an insurance claim that includes selecting a remediation company including my experience and the lessons learned. It was only today I realized that there must be a corporate office for these Duraclean Franchises.
