I was sent a check an in the check there was a promise of ten thousand dollars in grant money if i sent them 500 dollars of the first check. So i deposited the check and in waiting for the check to clear. The bank calls to inform me that the funds are not there to cash the check in california. My name is franklin c an have been unemployed for a while so when this check came i thaught that this ment my luck was going to change but in turn it made it worse
