I ordered one 100' pack of paracord for my 13 year old son and they never sent it to us. I gave the amount of time they told me before requesting a refund and then after requesting the refund they responded that it had to be requested in writing per Utah state law. I then did so and now they are completely unreachable. You know it's only $12.17 that I went ahead and gave my son his hard earned my back but this kind of thing can't go unpunished.
