Jack Thomas (516.986.3829) called my grandmother and told her that she owed money for a loan that she took out in 10. He told her that if is she doesn't take care of this and pay back the money now that she will go to jail for 3 months. When I called him back and inquired about this, I had asked who the loan was through, I was unable to understand him, even though I asked him 5 times and he tried to spell it. Still couldn't understand him. I had told him that when he can produce a copy of the loan paperwork and the account that it was deposited into, then maybe we can talk about repayment. He hung up on me.
