I ordered two trial sizes one purasilf and the revergiene or something like that it arrived, i didnt want to use it, i changed my mind, so i sent it back, ive just had bank statement in and they have took £74.95 out my account, it said on the conditions at the time no problem if you want to cancel and return it, you would get your £5.99 for postage back and it would be cancelled, obviously not, what can i do to get this back and stop them taking my money again?
