Card Activation Blocked by Identity Questions About Unknown Street

I bought this card at a cashier in the Bronx, NY. I tried to use the ATM to get money and I couldn't, called the company and they asked me to send a fax with my NY state ID, Social Security Card and a prove of address... After doing all this I called back the next day (today) and now they are asking me questions that I can't answer, for example: what is the closer street to Timpson Pl? I have never leaved in Timpson Pl< I don't even know where is this street.

According to them they can not activate my account unless I answer the question, I am really looking forward to stop this company of doing this to someone else for a lot more money.
