Yeah, I had a little problem ordering online, problem was easily solved, my order went through, i got a confir#, and a copy of my order, I bought one at walmart to try it out, WE got no problems, no sticky, washes right clean, Just makes me wonder if you followed the seasoning directions properly, and yes their telephone order operation is much to be desired, thats why i went online, even ordered the whole 16 peice set, guess I'm special, P.S...
