Even though I had declined the offer, this company is charging my card. If this has happened to you, call your bank immediately and notify them. Have them stop your card and get a new one issued to you. If you do not call your bank within a certain amount of time, you will not be able to recoup your money. And if it should happen again, it will be your responsibility. Call 800 475-1942 which takes you to Membership Servicing Company and request a refund and cancellation form. They will send it to you, you have to sign it and return it before they will cancel and refund. Their address is 5832 Lincoln Drive Suite 302, Edina, MN 55436. Also report to the Minnesota Attorney General.
