I placed on order for a coast fur coat i had been after but could not get my size on the real coast web-site.
Deliverl was to be 5-7 working days, i have recieved nothing, i have tried to contact them but had no reply, i have used the billing customers support service who have given me 2 tracking codes, the first one did not work and the second was someone elses parcel sent to a different country.
As you can imagine i am really annoyed as this was a present for my birthday.
