I ordered a free sample online for which I had to pay £2.49 postage. I paid this on my debit card on 3rd March and then I have found that they have taken £79.95 on my card on 18th March there is nowhere on the site with contact details so I have not been able to contact them for a refund. From reading other complaints on your site it seems that you are supposed to return if you are not satisfied this was not made clear.
