I understood Urban Dealight to be a coupon internet type seller like Groupon. They are not.

I purchased a voucher from them online to have my carpets cleaned at a big discount. When I called the company to set up the service the recording said this business does not take incoming calls.

I tried to contact them any other way but could find no other contact info for them but this telephone number.

I could not call Urban Dealight as they are careful not to list a contact number but only a customer service contact section of their web site. I send an email and waited only to get a message that they could not help me as due to their policy of no returns after 6 days.

It did not matter that this company may not even exist. I tried again and go the same dead end.

This has got to be illegal. A huge scam. They took money and gave nothing.
