Debra parker account manger i was sent a check for 1993 by the company Freeport marketing research... And found out it was a scam from the beginning

I was sent a check from Freeport Marketing Research firm, with a New York New York location 160 56th New York, New York 10019. The check was 1,993 US dollars. I was sent on assignment to cash the check and go to a local Western Union to send 1450 to Madrid Spain. But before i went out on the assignment i did my research, So i went online to see if i could find the company and i could not, so i went to my gmail account to check and see if i ever received an email about a secrete shoppers job... And I found it, and i looked at the email and it was not sent by the sender gmail account, there was no accurate data saying that was even a gmail account period... So i called the 289-892-6477 number BUT before i called i prayed. I said "Lord I have made many mistakes in my life, don't make this be another mistake please give me wisdom... So i called the company back and told them this was forgery, they claimed it wasn't... So I went online again and typed in BBB Rex Goldberg!!! God sure does answer prayers, I saw the article that someone else was scammed and they went and cashed the check of $1,993 and it bounced in 5 days. Smh. I was shocked... Thank God for the internet and common sense and most of all PRAYER!!!
