I had 10.73 taken from my bank account - I did call the above # and talked to a lady who said she will cancel the transaction. Once it posted to my bank I was able to dispute it and my bank credited me back the amount. I cancelled my debit card and they are reissueing a new one. From other searches possibly a breach with Amazon. I dealt with them about 3 months ago.
