Rip-off! Harrassing cell phone calls looking for someone else

This company is calling my daughter's cell phone and
asking for her boyfriend but they only know his first
name and won't leave a message or tell her where they
are calling from or what it is about. Then they hang up
on her. I don't know what they are up to but watch out.
