Cold called and told that the company was working on behalf of Gift Company and Extra Time on line etc. To provide cheap flights to our slected destinations.
Paid for soem flight and half board accommodation on existing weeks yet to be used. Soe days later received a voucher for further weeks accommodation which were not wanted. Spoke to company office, e-mailed, wrote etc. All has been ignored. Bank arguing about paying back as I have received something. Company website is now off line due to domain expiry. Will send a recorded delivery of complaint, despite the fact that I had a verbal confirmation that my letter had been received in Alicante. Con con con again. Should NEVER have given card details.
