I ordered these boots with my mom thinking they were 100% real UGG boots for a really nice discount. Hah! What a lie! It lied in every single possible way! They were completely fake, took forever to arrive, and we were VERY surprised it came packaged really weirdly and NOT in a box like they said. I obviously sent them back, but of course did not receive any refunds... I tried reaching them, and that didn't work. I see they took down the website? We are VERY angry!
